Welcome to Banner Lee Design Company. By using our website, booking services, purchasing products/items, or interacting with our company in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments must be booked directly through Taylor Swihart.
A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required for all bookings.
Cancellations or rescheduling may result in forfeiture of retainer/deposit and/or other payments made.
Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may be asked to reschedule or may result in forfeiture of the session.
2. Deposits & Payments
All deposits/retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits go toward the final service total.
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional processing fees apply to all credit/debit card transactions. Varying between 2.5-3%.
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
We do not accept checks of any kind.
3. Services & Results
We do not guarantee results of any kind.
Re-works and additional editing are not included unless stated/agreed upon in writing and are subject to additional fees.

All transactions are final. Absolutely no refunds will be given, including but not limited to services, deposits/retainers, products, cancellation/no-show fees, or any other fees/payments.
5. Product & Use Disclaimer

All items/products sold by Banner Lee Design Company, including but not limited to hair, body, and cosmetic products, are intended for external use only. All items/products of any kind must be used strictly according to the instructions and guidelines provided on the packaging or by an authorized representative. By purchasing or using our products—whether in-store, online, or through a third-party vendor—the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood all product directions and warnings.
Banner Lee Design Company makes no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—regarding specific quality, results or outcomes.
Allergies and Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchase or use. A patch test is strongly recommended before full application of any product. Banner Lee Design Company shall not be held liable for any adverse reaction, irritation, or injury resulting from allergies, sensitivities, or misuse of products.
